Lazada Malaysia may refuse to accept a return if:
- You waited more than 7 or 14 days after receiving the product to initiate the return.
- If you send the defective / wrong product back to the warehouse, without first contacting Lazada and initiating the return through our Returns process.
- If returns are sent to our HQ in Menara World Wide and not the returns location.
- If you forget to send back all the items the manufacturer / supplier included, such as the manual, the warranty, the registration card, and the product itself.
