Is it possible to stop an order when it has been already shipped to the customer?

Once the parcel has been shipped out to our customer with one of our courier partners, we are unable to cancel the order. Order cancellations are only possible before the order has been shipped.

If you wish to cancel your order after it has been shipped, you may receive the item first, and initiate a return under "Change of mind" (Not applicable for items from Overseas sellers). You can find out more on how to return an item here.
